What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 towels — one studio’s worth is a normal order — with bulk tiers for estates and contract linen.
How fast will my towels arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished towels ship in about 2 weeks, with express turnaround available when an opening date is fixed.
What actually decides the cost of a gym towel?
The wash count. An issued towel goes through a hot industrial wash with bleach several hundred times a year, so colour-fastness to bleach and shrinkage across cycles decide what the stock costs you over its life — not how it feels in the sample box.
Why does our towel stock look tired after one season?
Bleach, almost always. Most towels are quoted without a fastness figure, so a colour that greys or shifts under repeated bleaching takes the whole stock down at once. Ask for fastness to bleach in writing before comparing prices.
Is an antimicrobial finish worth paying for?
It is not a substitute for laundering, and it depletes with washing rather than lasting the life of the towel. We will supply one if you want it and we will not let it be the reason you launder less often, which is how it gets sold elsewhere.
How many towels do we need to own?
More than a day’s turnover, because a proportion is always in the wash. Send us your member numbers and laundry cycle and we will work the number out with you rather than guessing, because over-ordering is expensive and under-ordering is worse.
Can one towel cover members and equipment?
It can, and within a week the two will be mixed. Make equipment towels a different colour and a different size and the problem disappears with no signage at all — which is far cheaper than any other fix.
Do you sell bath towels and pool towels?
No. This site is the gym floor and the locker room. Bath towels, bath sheets and pool towels are a different specification for a different laundry, and we would rather point you at the right product than stretch ours.
